you cant be serious when you ask people on a gambling forum such a question. This is the most basic of info even the most amatuer of gamblers should know.
I am sure pinnacle has a "rules" page that will explain what those lines mean, but kid, if you dont get it, you need to start out playing with monopoly money not real money.

It works exactly the same like spreads in football or hoops. You add/deduct the line to the score and voila. It helps to eliminate 3 way betting (win, draw lost) and to slightly level the odds for both teams
The odd thing can be for instance -0.5 and -1 line, where you have half of your wager on -0.5 goal and half on -1 goal. So if you place such bet for 100 and the result is 2-1 for the fav, you've got 50 placed on -0.5 and 50 on -1. As a result half of your bet won and half got a push
